How to reach the 1st Tyrolian Wood Musem in Auffach?

By car

Coming from the direction of Kufstein driving on the motorway the A12 you take the turning
Wörgl-east, you then drive to the centre of Wörgl and follow from there on the signs Wildsöhonau.
The distance from Wörgl to Auffach is about 14 kilometres.
As soon as you drive into Auffach you can see the museum straight in front of you. If you stick to
the left-you’ll see our free-parking place for cars and busses after 50 metres on your left..

By train

You get off in Wörgl and from there you can take a bus to Auffach (20 minutes) you get off at the
Bus-stop ”Cafe Martin” and then on your right you can see the wood museum.

Wood museum with over 2,000 exhibits from four centuries; carving studio and workshop sales. Competition on the Bösendorfer grand piano every Wednesday at 3:00 pm. A wood trail with 14 info points runs right past the house.
